The hotel was great, near Central Park Mall, the check in process really quick, Staff Vania in Reception was really helpful and always smile, the room all good also.

Must try the food at Collage and in room dining, we had a lunch, dinner and breakfast there, the food is awesome, and the service is fast and very good Special thanks to Layla, Vania and Team for the sweet notes and dolls for my son, and also mas Aji Duty Manager for the hospitality during our stay. We are very happy

The hotel well located between malls, so in term of shopping you will have a lot choices.But traffic build up in a certain times. my room was god had no issue whatsoever, good meal and friendly staff oround. I was helped by riski and dolly which has execellent service at lobby.
